I hear you calling me... Do you behold me
This was a man from the town of Athlone aka Da town. He was quite famous, in his day. A great tenor, he could sing 64 notes on one breath. This song is incredible. I cannae say any more about the subject. I will probably talk about him again though in the future.
Song by Harold Herford & Charles Marshall.

Everyone from Palestine waves Hello
In this same trip to the Occupied Palestinian Territories, I was amazed by the incredibly friendly and welcoming nature of the people living in the West Bank. Passing by in a tour bus, many of them waved at me, and I was only to happy to take a few snaps of the warm moments of their raw yet beautiful gestures..
Here are some below... This was one of my favourite things about this trip and one of the few things about this torn apart land that brought me joy. This is real, made in, Palestine.

Time for a tune.. Introducing James Blake.
Exquisite combination of tempo, silence and mood is achieved here with both this song and video. A new cover of Feist's 'Limit To Your Love' by James Blake is a bit of a treat listen. The video is intriguing also. Check out his other hits which are more of an instrumental buzz. here And a great piece of photography below.
Here's the original by Feist. Which one do you prefer?

A village on the way out - Atwani
Donkeys are my favourite animal of all time. Here, a Palestinian Donkey.
This small village is down south of West Bank. You can see the Red line on the map which signifies the now extended borders of the original Green Line (1948 borders). This border is extended so that the Israeli's can claim more land.
Examples of the types of crimes committed by the Israeli's against Palestinian people in this area.
Israeli watch tower surrounded by purpose planted trees. It is not advisable to be very close to these trees for fear of being a target to soldiers.
Village children walking their farm animals across the fields to signify ownership of the land that is theirs.
